This fitness class includes 25 minutes of step cardio training, followed by a 30-minute strength training routine and a 5-minute stretch.

This 45-minute fitness class focuses on strengthening the muscle groups that create core stability and strength and is followed by a 5-minute stretch. Please note that this class is not available every the first Friday of the month.
